Returns

We craft each item with care and attention to quality. While we don't accept returns for change of mind, we stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives with a flaw or defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll work promptly to make it right through repair or replacement.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on headbands or other wearable items, pillowcases or oven mitts.
